As a Team Leader of Sales, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and guiding the sales representatives to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

- 5- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- 6- Provide training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- 7- Keep the team up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
- 8- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track team and individual performance.
- 9- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Qualification & Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- - Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- - Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
- - Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
