B2B Sales Representative


Job Summary:

A B2B Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting the company's product and services to other businesses. This involves identifying and prospecting potential customers, conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing and growing existing customer relationships. They should also be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, and willing to travel as required.

  • 1. Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • 2. Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultative selling to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • 4. Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • 5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each client. 
  • 6. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 
  • 7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product enhancements. 
  • 8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 
  • 9. Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and other performance objectives as set by the company. 
  • 10. Maintain accurate sales records, including client information, sales activities, and opportunities, using CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • - +1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industries.
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • - Strong understanding of business products and services in the ISP industry.
  • - Knowledge of testing equipment. 
  • - Sales and Marketing Skills
