Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and dependable Personal Assistant to support our manager in managing day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle schedules, communications, and documents, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Manage the Manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- 2. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the Manager.
- 3.Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- 4.Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.
- 5.Serve as a point of contact between the Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- 6.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- 7.Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes as required.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- 1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- 2.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 3.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- 4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 5.Fluency in English.
