Sales Manager


Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals.

  • 1- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize individual and team performance.
  • 2- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies.
  • 3- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals.
  • 4- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimizing churn.
  • 5- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • 6- Identify training needs and create programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • 7- Monitor and assess the performance of sales representatives, setting and tracking KPIs to evaluate their progress.
  • 8- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving the company's goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • - A minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
  • -Traveling flexibility to Babil when needed.
  • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • - Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • - Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • - Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • - Skills in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • - Investing in the development and training of employees to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • - Understanding and meeting the needs of customers or clients is essential for customer-facing roles.
  • - Leadership competencies include the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals or teams to achieve common objectives.
  • - Adherence to ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
