HR Administrator


Job Summary:

  This position administers all personnel request procedures, including leave requests, attendance monitoring procedures, hiring, system administration, record keeping, and employee files.

Baghdad / Al-Mansour
Type of Work:



  • Process all staffing and personnel requests promptly and with the necessary level of quality to maintain business continuity.
  • Record all HR transactions accurately in the system (Odoo).
  • Collaborate with team leaders and employees to collect any missing HR data  required for employee records.
  • Ensure that all employee files and records are up-to-date and complete
  • Adhere to company policies regarding archiving and document management. 
  • Monitor all leave balances to ensure adherence to policies and labor laws. 
  • Manage employees' work attendance and monitor their punctuality.


  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Admin or Officer.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices. 
  • MS Office, and related HR software.
