 Job Summary:

As An Accountant you will be responsible for managing financial records, performing financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role involves tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • 1- Effectively using the accounting system and ensure all invoices are entered and posted.
  • 2- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions.
  • 3- Conduct periodic audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • 4- Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge
    backs to customer accounts timely and accurately.

  • 5- Entering the Daily transactions in the system.
  • 6- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including payroll-related accounts and accruals.
  • 7- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee benefits, deductions, and payroll-related policies.
  • 8- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
  • 9- Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, salaries, deductions, and withholdings.
  • 12- Assist in other accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting, as needed.
  • 13- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in accounting field.
  • Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Understanding of professional ethics and integrity in financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and precision in financial calculations
  • Ability to conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
